Why 5G Fiber Optic is the Only Choice for Scientists for Wired Technology
5G Fiber Optic - the Invincible Technology of Choice

Back in 2018 I attended a City Council meeting in my Hometown USA with Dr Martin Pall, Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry and Basic Medical Sciences at Washington State University, along with other esteemed EMF authorities, to explain why 5G was wireless was to be avoided by all means. Dr. Pall, as you probably know is very outspoken on this topic he has said many times before that he believes 5G Wireless to be “absolutely insane”. Just as he did that day.
Upon hearing this, one of the quieter invited authorities, Timothy Schoecle, PhD, then spoke up, adding to the dialog that 5G Fiber Optic was not only a much more biologically ‘sane’ alternative to wireless, but that it saner because it was less expensive and in fact not only was it much easier to put in place but the infrastructure for it was already there in many cities and is still there silenced amidst the big roar for wireless. His matter-of-fact practical rejoinder to Dr Pall’s remark had a powerful impact on everyone at the meeting, and a profound silence fell as though a voice of sanity had not only been heard but the simplicity of the overlooked solution slowly but perceptibly sank in.
See what your own reaction is to Dr Schoechle’s presentation detailing why 5G Fiber Optic is a better and ready alternative, which he gave the following day to a citizens group:
Dr. Schoechle is a communications technology expert, international consultant in computer engineering and standardization, former faculty member of the University of Colorado, College of Engineering and Applied Science and Senior Research Fellow, National Institute for Science, Law & Public Policy.
He authored the landmark paper, Getting Smarter About the Smart Grid. In Re-lnventing Wires: The Future of Landlines and Networks, he criticizes the wireless industry’s plans for ‘antenna densification’ explaining that:
- Advanced copper and optical fiber are far superior to wireless in both cost and performance,
- Hard-wiring, including fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) should be the technology of choice
- Only investment in wired, not wireless, information infrastructure will meet the nation’s immediate and long-term needs.
I was reminded of Dr Schoechle words, when I received this New Year’s Day email, another voice of sanity speaking from an architect’s perspective regarding fiber optic wiring for city planning:
Friends, family, neighbors, concerned citizens:
I found this group Scientists4WiredTech.com to be very interesting. They
conclude among other things, that we should just keep 5G (and all other)
broadband service in “wires” with municipal fiber optic cable going to all buildings and ethernet cabling inside buildings, instead of having cell towers.
I like their proposal given that it appears no official up-to-date proof of the
safety of WiFi and 5G exposure (or official warning of the health hazards) has been scientifically documented and released yet by the responsible government agencies or the manufacturers – WOW!!! With wires to buildings and inside the walls architects and engineers would be able to better design buildings for the health, safety and welfare of the occupants per our professional Code of Ethics & the ICC Building Code’s stated ethics.
Then the occupants can do what they wish inside buildings by hardwiring their devices or using 2-3-4G wireless devices nowhere near the potentially harmful, tremendous power of 5G.
This is a more responsible, sound, logical, educated and very professional
approach to the 5G problem authored by highly qualified, professional,
independent members of Scientists For Wired Technology in Sausalito,
California. Thank you!
With all the confusing technology, astrophysics, biological science, worldwide medical research, apparent high tech industry and government deception related to 5G right now, we need a reliable, fail-safe option to 5G EMF radiation. Their recommendation for an underground shielded fiber optic cabling network, similar to what we already have throughout America serving our homes and buildings, is clearly the best solution to this major problem. Then no 5G EMF cell towers radiating throughout the atmosphere 24/7/365 would be forced upon us when we go outside (or penetrate inside thru windows). It’s not that simple but this could exponentially reduce the 5G radiation reaching our bodies.
What they say about the lower cost of a municipal cabling FTTP system vs. cell towers, satellites & massive radiation everywhere also makes sense. With cabling we will only have a local municipal FTTP utility bill added to our monthly water, sewer, electrical bills at home, at work, office buildings, shopping centers, grocery stores, etc… much more efficient with significantly lower societal costs.
And furthermore… New modern conveniences that harm humanity just aren’t worth it….”really”.
Argue all you want whether wireless 5G electromagnetic radiation is toxic or not as it penetrates our bodies, to what extent it may create serious medical hazards, brain tumors, cancers, DNA changes, mental health issues, etc. as many studies have indicated worldwide. Buried public 5G utility cabling in easements and right-of-ways is simply far safer, “tried and true” technology. Conclusion: 800,000 new 5G wireless radiation small cells added to cell towers and new towers are estimated to be deployed in America plus some international satellites in orbit.
However, I agree with Scientists For Wired Technology that underground fiber optic cable utility systems in cities, towns and counties would
be a far better 5G infrastructure for the citizens, their children, elderly
grandparents, babies, pregnant moms, work environments, schools, pets, etc., i.e. for public health, and for reasons they indicate bolded below.
Regards,
Bill
Scientists For Wired Technology is a member organization that seeks to make effective, lasting changes to federal, state and local laws, regulations and practices that will protect people of all ages, and all living organisms from the hazards of continuous exposures to pulsed, data-modulated, Radio-frequency Electromagnetic Microwave Radiation (RF-EMR), which is a manmade, toxic agent that causes systemic biological damages at levels many thousands of times lower than current U.S. RF-EMR radiation exposure guidelines.
The best plan for any City is clearly Fiber to the Premises (FTTP): fiber optic cables to every home that would provide uncapped data download speeds of 1,000 Mbps. Fiber is the most energy-efficient, reliable, secure, safe and democratic way to offer broadband service. With fiber, individual households can choose if they want to run wireless in their homes via Wi-Fi or not.
